A 45 floor office towers located in Dubai among a business area in a total area equal to 130,000 sq.m. which provides the business community with the highest standards of working atmosphere. STH awarded the design for this building after acquiring the first prize in an architectural competition Union Tower is a mixed use development with a wide array of commercial, residential, and recreational facilities. The first 20th floors of the tower are occupied by offices. The rest of the tower is residential. This section is divided into four parts. The ground floor and first 3 floors consists of a boutique, shops, cafés, and restaurants.
Size basements offer ample parking for all residents as well as storage and technical space and top-of the-line health club. Redefining luxury living,Union Tower graciously looks over the city skyline, leaving an indelible and unforgettable presence that is noticeable from land, sea, and air.
